I did it, but I forgot my watch, how lame is that? This workout is pretty boring IMO.

Did it in about 28 minutes, splitting the 50 sit-ups and back extensions into two sets of 25.

did the work out at the uva track, back extensions on the bleachers were interesting. i'm a newb to xfit so i broke up the sets, my 3 different times of the 800, crunches and extensions were 6, 6:10, and 5:50
