Turkey Day

So I realize that given the holidays, not very many people are going to be following the WOD's for a while. However, I'm sure that someone, somewhere is exercising. Do any interesting workouts over the holidays? Post them here.

Hey All - Met Ben the other day and he told me about this blog - good stuff, guys.

Did Helen today in 14:20 - had to sub in a treadmill for the 400 m though which was pretty irritating and made it take longer. Already miss the mem gym track...

~17 minutes splitting the pull ups into sets of 4 and using a 25 pound dumbbell. The stench of something dying by the field we used for the 400's probably had something to do with it.

~6 mile run. Good rehab for the ankle I rolled a couple weeks ago. Can't wait to get back on the rings.

saturday - did "tabata something else" minus the pull-ups. Doing tabata push-ups and sit-ups (unanchored) were...surprising. Lowest round for:
squats - 18
push-ups - 12
sit-ups - 10

Cindy on Thursday (16 1/3, PR 17), then Friday's workout was Tabada push-ups, situps, and 60 lb. shoulder press (which turned into a push press as you might imagine, after a few intervals...)
