Brand New Year

For all those New Year's Resolution workouts, I thought I'd include something to aspire to:

Did a workout from Gym Jones:

5 reps Snatch complex @ 75lb - power snatch, ohs, hang snatch, snatch (w/o dropping barbell)

3 @ 95lb snatches and cleans

Then:
4 x 3 @ 80% 1RM back squat (255)

Then for time:
10m Farmer's Carry
10x lunge with weights in rack position
10m Farmer's Carry
9x rack lunge
10m Farmer's Carry
8x rack lunge...

Continue till 1x rack lunge
Use dumbbells equaling 1/2 bodyweight
