It's on... ~Tomorrow (Sunday 01/20/08)~Memgym~NoonWe'll meet in the lobby, head back down to the room at the end of the hallway downstairs.Workout itself ... should be something good to get the semester started up right.
Well... congrats to Delta Airlines for making my list - instead of arriving at 9:00 last night, it's at 12:30 tomorrow (day of workout). So, anyway, I'm out on this one - Monday evening, or maybe closer to 2:00 tomorrow, anyone?
Group workout, monday (1/20) at 6pm, Mem Gym.
See you all at 6:00, probably do a very fun metcon then some lifting thereafter.
