Laura & Chadron: not sure the time, but well under 20.
Rob: ~250 meters, not sure the time.

Did you guys go to the track or what? We did the upstairs of the AFC (after doing some intense mathematical calculations to figure out where to start and stop: "yeah, that looks like it's about 2/3 of the way around").

Bin, I'm totally in on breathing ladders, how about sometime tonight at Memgym? If we can get a decent sized group, pair off in groups of two, one person working and the other keeping track and stuff.

Although I'm still looking forward to a crazy gymnastics-ish workout once it's invented. Lord knows what hell Larua's going to want to put us through after CTTFATB 1 and 2.

Lunges were at Mem, where it's 3 laps for 400 meters

Breathing ladders: 6:00 at Mem? Post back if you can make it.

Any chance we could push back to like 8 or 9? (mem closes at 10)

I can meet you guys at 9

9 it is then, this is going to be massive. Laura's out, not sure about Rob. Anyone else?

Breathing ladders: Interesting, tough, and very mental...

Dumbbell snatches (1 with each hand, 2 breaths, 2 with each hand, 4 breathes, 3 with each hand, etc), 50lb all around, till failure.

Then, SDHP, Rob used 90lb, Chadron and I with 45lb, do ladder until failure.

I finished round 13 of snatches and round 18 of SDHP. Chadron finished round 20 of SDHP; I'm not sure for the other ones for him or Rob.
