happy holidays and whatnot. Hope everyone enjoyed the past week or so, seemed especially brutal to me.
muy brutal... went to an affiliate here in denver, got a great workout to share with ya'll when we get back.
teams of two, one person rests while the other one goes through the following:
5x18 inch vertical jump
5xclean + jerk ~30lbs
5xring pullup
10 yards walking lunge
10 yards backward walking lunge
20 rounds (per two person team) for time.
The affiliate here was pretty cool; we did a tag team "Annie are you ok."
Just came up with a workout that was kinda hellish, although I tried it a few hours after Barbara, which probably made it a lot worse than it really is:
On a regulation track-
100m flying burpee and sprint
-Do 10 flying burpees, and finish the rest of the 100m with a sprint. Repeat immediately at the end of the sprint.
I made it once around (400m in under 5 min) and had to stop because I couldn't breathe.
