Outdoor Group Workout

Group workout Saturday, consisting of:

DB snatch and overhead carry
Crawl
Cone run and pushup

Followed by:

Practice with Boa and Slamball

Do it

Harder

Better

Faster

Stronger

today's continuously compounding pull-ups:
15 minutes + 14 pull-ups of the 16th.
(ripped my hands again)

hey, do u guys think the admins at the AFC would let us bring those dumbbells we used yesterday to the pool area? i got an idea for a group WOD, which could turn into a fun enough challenge with enough people.

Workout:

power clean/hang clean/power clean
every 30sec until failure or 10 min
at 40-50% 1RM max
5x5 push press

PC/HC/PC - 115lb, failed at 6min
PP - 115, 125, 135, 145, 155lb

My workout for tomorrow:

Max pull-ups (kipping, can re-grip so long as nothing touches the ground)
Tabata rows @ level 4 for total calories
Max pull-ups

Anyone want to try this workout with me?

Trail run 1.8 miles, road run 2 miles, inc'l fording/crawling through streams and a culvert, wet cold and nasty. With weight vest & two full Nalgene bottles.

Spartan Workout Rule #4 at one point: "When the Spartan cannot run, he walks. When he cannot walk, he crawls. When he cannot crawl, he has failed."

No idea about the pool Armando. You might just ask someone. I'd say they'd probably be more cool with it if we were using rubber coated weights.

Bin, I'd be in for tomorrow but have gymnastics/class in the evening. I can make it if you want to do it in the morning, like, 8 AM? Probably not but I figured I'd offer...

Did the compounding pullups yesterday, made it to 16 rounds. Ripped (in three places no less) during round 14. Weekend workout? Sunday? Anyone thinking of anything yet?
